If the death occurred at a facility such as a hospital, nursing home, hospice facility, etc. please let someone there know that you wish to use our services after you complete the form. They will in turn call us and we will send out our 24/7 transport staff to bring them into our care.

If the death occurred at home and is not attended by a licensed professional such as a hospice nurse you must call 911 and inform the police of the death. If the death was attended by a licensed professional at a home, then inform them that you want to use our services and they will call us, after you have completed the form. We ship the remains First class overnight with a signature confirmation. For our scattering service, we partner with a private boat captain with over 30 years of experience. He scatters the cremated remains 3 or more miles out into the Gulf of Mexico and records the date, time and coordinates on a certificate. This certificate is in turn sent to you.

Our pickup location is: 3147 49th St N St. Petersburg, FL 33710. We are available from 10AM to 12PM on Tuesdays and Fridays by appointment.
